Pumpkins!

The trip to the farm was a success!  Thank you to the parents who came and helped out!  This week we will now be talking about what is inside a pumpkin and what we can do with pumpkins.  Some of the questions that you can ask your children are, "What do you think you will find inside the pumpkin?", "What can we make with the pumpkin?", "What are pumpkins used for?" 
As a class we will be investigating the pumpkin and exploring what is inside the pumpkin. They will get to touch the mushy things inside and as well as the seeds.  They will be asked to use thier describing words to explain what they see and how it feels.
